Overall the treatment is above and beyond. They have stalls in house for animals needed to stay at the clinic, cattle chutes, and surgery bay for large animals as well as small. The services there are fairly priced and they are willing to work out a payment plan if needed. And thats whats important to most pet owners these days keeping your pet healthy and happy without having the livelihood sucked out of your wallet.
My 4 year old German Shepherd absolutely LOVES going to visit Dr. Mary Johanning. She is patient and caring and really goes out of her way to help keep your furbaby happy and healthy. Judy the receptionist is helpful and kind as well as all of the techs that I've encountered. Nova loves them all. :)
Dr Eva and the clinic staff is great. She is gentle with the animals and a true problem solver. She takes the time to go over the procedures and help you understand whats going on.

They are great with horses - especially mine. My 23 yr old paint draft cross is still active/fun/rideable because Riverdale vets help me take such good care if him.

After my local vet retired i needed to find another permanent vet. I had used riverdale before for emergency farm visits when no one else was available. Its becoming more and more rare for large veterinarians who still are willing to practice on liveatock other than cattle.
